FPC process capability is as follows：

1. production technology for single and double-sided and multi-layered boards (6 or below) should meet the demand of making thinner single and double-sided products. Micropore design is 0.035/0.035mm, line width/line spacing design is from SMT to dispensing, ICT to FCT, and the whole process support ability is assembled and tested, providing customers with one-stop service.

2. One-stop service ability for simulation/manufacturing/testing of 5G FPC.
